Refund Policy
Cancelling, refunds, and your free trial — in plain language.
- Your first 21 days are free, with no card needed. If you do not subscribe, access simply ends and you are never charged.
- Remira Premium is bought in the iPhone app through Apple. Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds.
- Cancel any time in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before renewal. You keep access until the period you paid for ends.
- Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, write to us too.
The details
Free trial
Every new person with diabetes gets a 21-day free trial with full access, and no card is needed. The trial starts when your CGM first syncs with Remira. On day 21, access ends unless you subscribe in the app. You are not charged when the trial ends. There is one free trial per person and per device. We may modify or discontinue trials for new users at any time.
How billing works
Remira Premium costs $8.99 per month or $59.99 per year in the United States, or the price the App Store shows you when you subscribe. One subscription covers the person with diabetes and every caregiver.
Subscriptions are bought in the Remira iPhone app as Apple In-App Purchases and billed to your Apple Account. Apple processes every payment; we never see your card or payment details.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Each renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancelling
On your iPhone, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, choose Remira, and cancel. Do it at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Deleting your Remira account, or deleting the app, does not cancel your subscription. Only Apple can stop the billing, so cancel in Settings first.
We will not make you call, email, or chat with anyone to cancel.
Refunds
Because Apple processes all payments, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
If something has gone wrong, also email support@remira-ai.com — we would rather sort it out than have you feel cheated.
If a CGM service stops working
Remira is not affiliated with Dexcom, Abbott, or any CGM manufacturer, and we rely on the sharing services those companies make available to followers. If one of them changes, restricts, or discontinues that service, the affected feature will stop working — through no fault of ours, and with no entitlement to a refund beyond what our Terms otherwise provide.
When access ends
If your trial ends without a subscription, or your subscription is cancelled or lapses, the app and all Remira alerts stop — for you and every caregiver, including urgent-low alerts. Your Dexcom app’s own alerts keep working. Remira is not a replacement for your CGM’s alerts.
Your data is not deleted. Access returns when you subscribe.
